A former Lagos State Governor and presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu, on Tuesday night visited the President, Muhammadu Buhari at his official residence in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
This was announced by the president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on his Facebook page.
Adesina also shared pictures of the visit.
He captioned the pictures, “President Muhammadu Buhari receives Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Villa on Tuesday night…May 3rd 2022.”The Matrix reports that Tinubu had on Friday picked the ruling APC presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at its national secretariat in Abuja.
James Faleke, a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, picked the forms for APC national leader, who had since informed the president of his presidential ambition in 2023.Folake was accompanied by former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal and hundreds of members of the Tinubu Support Groups (TSG) to the party’s secretariat.
