Covid-19: NCDC announces 110 new COVID-19 infections in Nigeria as death toll hits 1,171

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday 28th November 2020 announced 110 new COVID-19 cases in the country.

The health agency gave the update on its official Twitter account on Saturday night.

This means Nigeria now has 67,330 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and 62,819 persons have recovered.

NCDC said the COVID-19 death toll in the country is at 1,171.

It noted that the 110 new infections were reported in ten States, including the FCT in the past 24 hours.
