Mrs.Funke Ijaiya-Oladipo has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer by the Board of Directors of UAC. Her appointment is sequel to the retirement of the Group Finance Director of UAC of Nigeria,
Mr. Ibikunle Oriola effective from December 31, 2020.
In a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the conglomerate said Ijaiya-Oladipo is a high-achieving, results-driven, finance professional with over 13 years’ corporate finance and capital markets experience.
Her appointment takes effect from January 1, 2020.
