The Equities market closed on Friday on a positive note, as the Nigerian Stock Exchange All-Share Index, NSEASI appreciated by +0.48% to close at 35,137.99 basis points as against -0.25% depreciation recorded previously. Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at +30.91%.
Market breadth closed negative as TRIPPLEG led 13 Gainers as against 19 Losers topped by ROYALEX at the end of today’s session – an unimproved performance when compared with the previous outlook.
Market turnover closed positive as volume moved up by +1.20% as against the -21.57% downtick recorded in the previous session. FBNH, UBA, and ACCESS were the most active to boost market turnover. DANGCEM and STANBIC topped the market value list.
