Nigerian Stocks witnessed another positive mid-week trading session as the capitalization value appreciated by N140.04 billion.
The All-Share Index (ASI) rallied up by 0.76% to close at 35,493.15 points. Similarly, the overall market capitalization size gained N140.04 billion to close at N18.55 trillion.
Market breadth closed positive as MANSARD led 25 Gainers as against 13 Losers topped by CORNERST at the end of today’s session – an improved performance when compared with the previous outlook.
Also, the total volume traded increased to 650.54 million shares, worth N2.28billion, traded in 3,952 deals.
Market turnover closed positive as volume moved up by +146.19% as against the +26.98% uptick recorded in the previous session. JAIZBANK, MANSARD, and ZENITHBANK were the most active to boost market turnover. ZENITHBANK and DANGSUGAR topped the market value list.
